From there, the moulding and casting process preserved every curve and crease, ensuring the sculpt endured in its final form. In the painting booth, layers of tone and colour were then applied, bringing warmth and life to stone and timber alike. Golden thatch, soft shading, and the deep greens of Bywater's gardens create a palette that etches the Shire's rustic charm into the finished piece.
