Movie Batmen vs Comic Batmen
You've got Batmen from every film: Michael Keaton's 1989 suit, Christian Bale's tactical Nolan trilogy armor, Ben Affleck's tank-like BvS look, and Robert Pattinson's grounded detective version. Each gets figures and statues from multiple manufacturers.
Comic book Batman has even more versions: classic blue and gray, black and yellow oval, Jim Lee's all-black, Dark Knight Returns armored suit, and dozens more. If there's a definitive Batman look to you, someone's made a collectible of it.
Hot Toys, Sideshow, and Premium Collectibles
Hot Toys produces movie-accurate 1/6 scale figures with fabric capes, real metal batarangs, and interchangeable cowls. Sideshow and Prime 1 Studio handle high-end statues, often depicting Batman mid-leap or perched on gargoyles.
These aren't cheap. Expect $300-600 for Hot Toys figures, $500-1500 for premium statues. The detail justifies the price for serious collectors, but casual fans have plenty of budget options from McFarlane Toys, Funko, and Hasbro.
Batmobiles and Vehicles
Batman's vehicles are collectibles in their own right. The Tumbler, 1989 Batmobile, Animated Series Batmobile, and Arkham Knight Batmobile all have model versions ranging from small die-cast toys to massive 1/6 scale replicas that pair with Hot Toys figures.
Some include lights and sounds. Some are remote-controlled. All of them eat shelf space.
Gotham Villains
Batman collectibles often include his rogues gallery. Joker, Harley Quinn, Catwoman, Penguin, and Bane get nearly as much merchandise as Batman himself. If you're building a Gotham display, you'll have plenty of villain options to pair with the Dark Knight.
